Noa López

Noa López is a co-owner of the café Kofi, where she and her partner Xavi Verdejo faced dramatic increases in the cost of green coffee. In an effort to keep their clientele, they initially chose to absorb some of the rising costs, highlighting their commitment to customer satisfaction while ultimately needing to adjust prices to reflect the market reality.
