Noah Wall

Noah Wall is the founder and president of the State Leadership Initiative (SLI), an organization dedicated to state-level policy reform. He has been vocal about the influence of national bureaucratic organizations on conservative state policies, arguing that these associations embed progressive ideologies into state bureaucracies, undermining the mandates of elected officials. Through his leadership at SLI, Wall has sought to highlight and address what he describes as 'shadow governance,' where national associations advance agendas like diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles without direct voter accountability.
