Noam Samchi

Noam Samchi is a dedicated volunteer with ZAKA, a humanitarian organization in Israel. He gained public recognition for his role in the remarkable rescue of four-year-old Yuval Kogan, who was missing for over a day. Samchi discovered Yuval resting under a tree, exhausted but safe, while searching on horseback. His efforts, along with those of other volunteers, exemplified community spirit and determination in a time of crisis.
