Nobuyoshi Hokutoumi, also known as Hakkaku, is a former sumo wrestler who achieved the prestigious rank of Yokozuna during his competitive career. Now 62 years old, he has been serving as the president of Japan's Sumo Association for the past decade, where he is actively working to rejuvenate interest in the sport amidst declining participation from younger generations.
