Noé Herrera
Noé Herrera is the former provincial director of the Instituto de Acueductos y Alcantarillados Nacionales (Idaan) and the current mayor of Las Tablas, Panama. He was recently in the news due to his response to a 2005 letter warning about the contamination of the Estibaná River, where he stated that he acted on the recommendation to change the water source for better quality water for the community.
