Noé Morales

Noé Morales is the president of the Asociación Nacional de Ciegos Salvadoreños (ANCIESAL), an organization dedicated to supporting individuals with visual impairments in El Salvador. Under his leadership, ANCIESAL has celebrated over 53 years of advocating for the rights and inclusion of people with disabilities, working to provide employment opportunities and resources for its members. Morales emphasizes the ongoing challenges faced by the visually impaired community, particularly the need for better infrastructure and the implementation of the Law of Inclusion for People with Disabilities, which aims to ensure equal opportunities and eliminate barriers in society.
