Noel Hughes

Noel Hughes is a Dublin-based haulier who was involved in a legal case concerning the unfair dismissal of his employee, Ruslan Rybak. During the proceedings, Hughes argued that Rybak had a history of leaving work abruptly to return to Ukraine and described him as an excellent heavy truck driver.
