Noel Williams

Noel Williams is the president of the JUTA Kingston chapter, representing the Jamaica Union of Travellers Association, a group of private transport operators in Jamaica. Recently, he has been vocal about his concerns regarding the Jamaica Urban Transit Company Limited's (JUTC) new rural express bus service, which he believes threatens the viability of private transport businesses. Williams has expressed the need for the government to reconsider its support for JUTC's operations in the rural transport sector, arguing that it undermines competition and affects the services that private operators can sustainably offer.
