Noelia Caballero

Noelia Caballero is a representative of the Organización de Trabajadores de la Educación del Paraguay – Sindicato Nacional (OTEP-SN), a union that advocates for the rights of educators in Paraguay. She has been vocal in opposing the Ministry of Education and Sciences' (MEC) proposal to close public schools with low enrollment, arguing that such closures would disproportionately affect rural and indigenous communities.
