Noga Kronfeld-Shor

Professor Noga Kronfeld-Shor is a prominent zoologist and head of the new School of Environment at Tel Aviv University. Her research focuses on the intricate relationships between individual functions and environmental changes, particularly examining biological rhythms in both humans and animals. As chair of the National Council for Research and Development, she advocates for science-based policies to address complex environmental and health challenges. Currently, she is establishing an interdisciplinary academic program aimed at fostering future generations of scientists dedicated to creating a sustainable and equitable world.
