Nông Thị Hảo

Nông Thị Hảo, 60 years old, is a resident of Thái Hải village in Thái Nguyên, Vietnam. Together with her husband, Hà Văn Kiu, she participates in the village's unique communal living system, where over 200 villagers share meals and resources. She has been integral in maintaining traditional practices, such as tea harvesting, while also contributing to the village's collective income and welfare.
