Noorul Haq Baloch is the Chairman of the Gwadar Port Authority, known for his role in promoting Pakistan's maritime sector and facilitating the development of the blue economy. Recently, he participated in high-level meetings alongside Maritime Minister Muhammad Junaid Anwar Chaudhry to discuss the establishment of an aquaculture park in Karachi’s Korangi Fish Harbour, which aims to enhance sustainable marine farming and boost economic growth in coastal regions.
