Norma Delgado

Norma Delgado is known as the mother of Rafael Correa, the former president of Ecuador. She has been involved in public life, attending events related to her son's political legacy, and was present during the inauguration of the gallery dedicated to Correa at the Museum of Presidents at the Universidad de Especialidades Espíritu Santo.
