Norma Fretes

Norma Fretes is the widow of the late artist Delfín Roque Ruiz Pérez, affectionately known as Koki, who was a pivotal figure in the cultural and religious traditions of Tañarandy. Following Koki's passing in December 2022, Norma has played a significant role in preserving and continuing his artistic legacy, especially during the annual Tañarandy event that celebrates faith and art. This year's event was particularly poignant as it marked the first without Koki, prompting heightened expectations and a deep sense of responsibility within the community to honor his memory and contributions.
