Nourizbay Haji Taganuly Otpinov

Nourizbay Haji Taganuly Otpinov is the Grand Mufti of Kazakhstan and the head of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Kazakhstan. He has been instrumental in promoting interfaith dialogue and enhancing religious tolerance within the diverse cultural landscape of Kazakhstan. Recently, he met with Dr. Omar Habetour Al-Durai to discuss collaborative efforts in religious guidance and the use of digital technology in disseminating religious teachings.
