Nourmandiez Desiré Doué is a former Ivorian football referee, notable for being the first referee of Ivorian descent to officiate a match at the FIFA World Cup, having officiated the matches between Chile and Australia as well as France and Ecuador during the 2014 tournament in Brazil.
