Novelly, originally from St. Louis, Missouri, is a prominent figure in international relations, recently confirmed as the new United States Ambassador to New Zealand. He owns the Illawarra Hawks, a basketball team in Australia's National Basketball League, and holds a Master's degree in Property Development from the University of Technology Sydney, along with a Bachelor's degree from Saint Louis University.
