Noya Dan was a 13-year-old girl who tragically lost her life during a terrorist attack in Kibbutz Nir Oz. A vibrant and courageous individual on the autism spectrum, she was known for her love of the Harry Potter series, which she embraced fully, often dressing as her favorite character Hermione Granger. Her untimely death left a profound impact on her family and community, sparking discussions about autism awareness and the need for understanding and compassion towards individuals on the spectrum. Noya's mother, Galit Dan, is now dedicated to creating an 'Autistic Experience Center' in her honor, aiming to educate others about the unique experiences of autistic individuals and promote acceptance and empathy.
