Nuno Martinho is the executive secretary of the Viseu Dão Lafões Intermunicipal Community (CIM), known for his role in launching the 'Ir e Vir' transportation service, which aims to enhance mobility across 52 locations in the Viseu area. He has emphasized the importance of accessible transportation, particularly for residents in rural areas who struggle to reach the municipal centers or healthcare facilities. Under his leadership, the program has expanded significantly since its inception in 2021, facilitating over 36,000 passenger trips and demonstrating a commitment to improving regional connectivity and social cohesion.
