Nurlaila Effendy

Nurlaila Effendy is the Chair of the Indonesian Positive Psychology Association, a lecturer at Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana, and a consultant specializing in corporate culture and performance management systems. Recently, she has been in the news for her insights on the Global Flourishing Study presented at the 8th World Congress on Positive Psychology, where she discussed the concepts of flourishing, well-being, and happiness in the context of Indonesia's societal conditions.
