Nurunnahar Haque

Nurunnahar Haque, the widow of veteran politician Hamidul Haque, has recently stepped into the political arena, engaging in public outreach just a week after her husband's passing. She is known as the younger sister of language activist Abdul Matin and has served as the former general secretary of the Tangail District Nationalist Women’s Party. Her husband was a prominent figure in the BNP and was actively campaigning for a parliamentary nomination at the time of his untimely death.
