Nuutti Hyttinen

Nuutti Hyttinen is a Finnish politician and the chair of the Finns Party's council group in Helsinki. He criticized Otto Meri's proposal, arguing that it undermines the value of citizens' recreational spaces and dismisses the importance of maintaining quality of life for Helsinki residents in favor of attracting new inhabitants.
