Nyapililŋu

Nyapililŋu was one of the first Yolŋu women instructed in traditional painting techniques, contributing to the evolution of Aboriginal art in the Yirrkala region during the mid-20th century. Her involvement in art has helped pave the way for future generations of Indigenous female artists.
