Obelix

Obelix is the beloved sidekick of Asterix and one of the central characters in the comic series created by René Goscinny and Albert Uderzo. Known for his immense size and strength, Obelix fell into a cauldron of magic potion as a child, which gives him permanent superhuman strength. He is characterized by his good-natured disposition, love of wild boar, and unwavering loyalty to Asterix. In the upcoming comic 'Astérix en Lusitanie,' Obelix joins Asterix on a new adventure set in ancient Portugal, where they are called upon to help a former Lusitanian slave.
