Odesa OVA

The Odesa Regional State Administration (OVA) is the executive body of the Odesa region in Ukraine, responsible for local governance and administration. Recently, it was in the news for reporting on damage to the railway infrastructure in Odesa due to a Russian drone attack, which caused delays to multiple trains but fortunately resulted in no casualties among railway workers or passengers.
