Ogbonnaya Jeff, a 59-year-old notorious drug baron, was recently arrested by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) in Lagos after 17 years on the run, following an Interpol red notice for his alleged role in smuggling illicit drugs into South Korea.
