Okamura Nishin

Okamura Nishin was the commander of Japanese forces in China during World War II, and he is notable for issuing orders that reflected the desperation of Japanese troops as they faced fierce resistance from the Railway Guerrilla Team, ultimately leading to the surrender of over a thousand Japanese soldiers at the hands of the guerrillas in 1945.
