Oladimeji Ekengba

Oladimeji Ekengba is a Nigerian lawyer representing the National Rescue Movement (NRM) in a legal proceeding against the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). He played a significant role in a recent court ruling that allows the NRM to serve court documents to INEC Chairman Mahmood Yakubu through alternative means due to difficulties in directly serving him.
