Olatunji Onaolapo is the Ado-Odo/Ota Zonal Community Development Committee Chairman who criticized the Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company for neglecting community complaints and highlighted the burden placed on residents to purchase transformers and other infrastructure meant to be provided by the electricity company.
