Oleg Crîlov

Oleg Crîlov, a former police officer and current pensioner of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, was featured in the investigation 'In the Service of Moscow' for his role in converting illicit funds for electoral purposes. He was fined for electoral corruption, but successfully contested the fine in court, leading to its annulment. Crîlov has also been implicated in a criminal case concerning the illegal financing of political parties.
