Oleg Gladkovsky

Oleg Gladkovsky, also known as Oleg Svynarchuk until 2014, is a prominent Ukrainian businessman and former high-ranking government official. He served as the First Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine from 2015 to 2019 and was closely associated with former President Petro Poroshenko, with whom he shared business interests in the 'Bogdan' corporation. Recently, he has been in the news due to allegations of causing significant financial damage to the state, amounting to 17.44 million hryvnias, and has been reportedly residing in Spain while facing legal scrutiny.
