Oleg Mikhalyev

Oleg Mikhalyev is a former employee of the FSB (Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation) who was connected to the criminal case involving the murder of Igor Fominov. He was reportedly tasked with carrying out the assassination by Leonid Rakogon and was linked to a network of hired killers.
