Oleksandr Gordienko

Oleksandr Gordienko was a 58-year-old Ukrainian farmer and a symbol of resistance against Russian drone attacks along the Dnieper River. He gained attention for reportedly shooting down 80 Russian drones targeting his fields before tragically losing his life to one of these attacks on September 5, 2023.
