Oleksandr Hordiienko was the head of the Association of Farmers of the Kherson region and a deputy of the regional council. He was known for his dedication to agriculture and his courageous efforts to defend his fields and equipment from drone attacks during the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. With over 30 years of experience in farming, he operated his own farm and was a respected figure within the agricultural community. Tragically, he lost his life due to a strike from a Russian drone while working in his fields, marking a significant loss for the agricultural community in Ukraine.
