Oleksandr Kvitko

Oleksandr Kvitko, known by his call sign 'Skipper', is a commander in the 6th company of the 234th Air Assault Regiment from Pskov, Russia. He was identified in a recent investigation as being involved in the assault on Kyiv during the initial stages of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Kvitko sustained multiple injuries and was treated at a hospital in Gomel, Belarus, where he was linked to potential war crimes, including the murder of a local pensioner.
