Oleksandr Ruvin

Oleksandr Ruvin is the director of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise (KNDISE), where he oversees the study of remnants from various types of Russian missiles and drones used in the conflict in Ukraine. Under his leadership, the institute has amassed a collection of samples from the diverse arsenals deployed by Russian forces, including advanced hypersonic missiles like the Zircon. Ruvin has been actively involved in analyzing the foreign components utilized in Russian weaponry, emphasizing the ongoing adaptation and innovation within the Russian military-industrial complex amid sanctions and conflict.
