Oleksandr Shpak

Oleksandr Shpak is a senior lieutenant in the police force of the Cherkasy region in Ukraine, noted for his role in community interaction and preventive policing. He was recently in the news due to being wounded during a confrontation with a murder suspect, who tragically shot four police officers before being neutralized by special forces.
