Oleksi Kuleba is the Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine and the Minister for Restoration and Development of Communities and Territories. He has been actively involved in the government's efforts to support local budgets and enhance community development, particularly in areas affected by conflict. Recently, Kuleba announced the allocation of nearly 2 billion hryvnias to support 180 communities in nine regions close to the frontline, as part of a broader initiative to bolster local economies and infrastructure.
