Oleksii Shandara

Oleksii Shandara is a Ukrainian brigadier general, previously serving as the deputy commander of the Air Assault Forces of Ukraine. He has recently been appointed as the new commander of the Operational Command 'North', taking over the position from General Dmytro Krasylnykov following his dismissal, a move that reflects the ongoing restructuring of Ukraine’s military leadership in response to the conflict with Russia.
