Olga Alejandre

Olga Alejandre, a 29-year-old from Guadalajara, has experienced binge eating disorder stemming from a childhood environment focused on dieting and body image. After facing personal challenges, including a difficult family situation, she developed habits of eating in secrecy, which persisted throughout her university years. Now a dietitian specialized in eating disorders, Olga uses her experience to help others struggling with similar issues.
