Olga Surinova

Olga Surinova is an influential figure in the Belarusian diaspora in Italy, known for her activism against the dictatorship of Alexander Lukashenko. As the mother of actress Ekaterina Shulga, she has organized solidarity events and campaigns in Rome to raise awareness about the political situation in Belarus and even ran as a candidate for the European Parliament in 2024, representing the Italian party Più Europa.
