Oliņš

Oliņš is a Latvian para alpine skier who recently made headlines after it was announced that he would not be able to participate in the upcoming Winter Paralympic Games in Milan and Cortina. Despite an application submitted by the Latvian Paralympic Committee for a special invitation, the International Ski Federation and the International Paralympic Committee decided to allow athletes from Russia and Belarus to compete, which ultimately affected Oliņš's chances of qualification.
