Olzhas Duyssen

Olzhas Duyssen is a Kazakh ecologist, microbiologist, and entrepreneur known for his work in environmental cleanup and waste recycling through his company, KazEcoSolutions. Recently, he was arrested in Almaty amid allegations of raiding his own company, which he claims are fabricated by a former partner. Duyssen has publicly asserted that he is facing unlawful persecution by law enforcement, which he attributes to ongoing disputes over company ownership that date back to 2008.
