Omar Amr Abou-Zeid

Omar Amr Abou-Zeid is the CAF Safeguarding Manager who plays a pivotal role in promoting the safety and protection of young athletes across Africa. His expertise in safeguarding practices is instrumental in developing frameworks that ensure the welfare of vulnerable participants in sports. He recently participated in the CAF Safeguarding Workshop organized by the Liberia Football Association, aimed at equipping grassroots clubs and staff with essential tools to protect young players from abuse and exploitation.
