Omar Franco Chambergo

Omar Franco Chambergo is the president of Osinergmin, the regulatory agency for energy and mining in Peru. He was recently involved in a congressional investigation regarding unofficial meetings held by President José Jerí with Chinese businessmen, as his testimony was sought to clarify the nature and purpose of these meetings.
