Omar Halleslevens

Omar Halleslevens is a Nicaraguan retired general and politician who served as the chief of the Nicaraguan Army prior to Julio César Avilés. He held the position from 2005 until his replacement in 2010, having previously been involved in various military and governmental roles throughout his career.
