Omar Laing

Omar Laing was a promising young football player who tragically lost his life in 2022, shot while celebrating his 18th birthday in Kingston. He was remembered as a dedicated and talented athlete who played for St Andrew Technical High School and was a close friend of fellow student-athlete Andre Salmon. Laing's legacy continues to impact the STATHS community, as both he and Salmon are honored by their teammates and coaches for their contributions to the school's football program.
