Omer Hassan Sheik Muse

Omer Hassan Sheik Muse is a 40-year-old man who was sentenced to 12 years in prison for the 2012 knifing murder of 21-year-old Jonas Thomsen Sekyere at a nightclub in Copenhagen. After committing the crime, Muse fled to Somaliland and Ethiopia, where he was eventually tried and convicted for the murder. Following his extradition to Denmark in 2024, his sentence was adjusted to account for time served abroad, leading to significant reductions in his prison term.
