Omer Sayeed

Omer Sayeed is an urban farmer and co-director of the Urban Ecology Center at Cal State LA, known for his work in sustainable agriculture in Altadena. He and his partner, Choi Chatterjee, maintained a thriving backyard farm that suffered significant losses in the recent wildfires, yet they are determined to rebuild and expand their efforts for local food security.
