Opportunity

Opportunity was a solar-powered rover that operated on Mars from 2004 until 2018, part of NASA's Mars Exploration Rover mission. Known for its longevity and resilience, Opportunity far exceeded its expected lifespan of 90 sols, traveling over 28 miles and providing significant data about the Martian surface, including evidence of past water activity, which contributed to our understanding of Mars' geological history.
